I'm down to sell my soul to the devil to own the rockets .
Another 4-5 more souls should be enough. Anyone else willing?

oh ...i get how it's great timing for Les. I guess, given that we are trying to project this image of a winning, stable franchise, and are trying to attract free agents going forward; trying to retain CP3 going forward; do folks think this will hurt out ability to do that? Curious what impact folks think this will have on our current upward trajectory.

not good. this will be a thing now that goes on all season. the media will go after every single new owner group prospect and any dirt they have. It won't be a good look. jim crane is a perfect owner and he got absolutely slaughtered.

    The As
The Astrodome got refurbished not long before they left. They fixed it up then Adams wanted a new multipurpose stadium. The mayor said no so they left.Bud Adams paid to get out of the lease.

Harden should get a % fron the sale.
His resign give the franchise a lot of extra value. CP maybe get some % too.

Also people saying the new owners getting rid of the front office, well usually the franchise sucks, which ours doesn't. It's just that time for our owner to let it go since he has no one else to look over it. Did Ballmer completely changed the front office there? Doc is still the president of basketball operations. No one is dumb enough to go in and completely change the culture of a winning franchise

Last year Alibaba committed US$100 million to Chinese rugby in hopes of growing a future market there. That's a sport the Chinese don't play or watch.

It's how he makes money tho. He buys luxury properties then flips them in a year or two for profit.
