Nothing we have would entice Ainge. I was really high on him coming out of the draft but his offense just hasn't taken the step forward I expected.
he's a very good defender, who even slowed down harden a bit, but morey seems to be passing on any and all opportunities these days so we probably won't even inquire
He has played three years in the NBA and is a career 34% shooter from the floor. Last year, in what was his best season, he managed to shoot 35% from the floor and 28% on 3's. He is a good and physical defender, but he is a terrible offensive player. Not sure he would get many minutes at all on the Rockets.
He's a tenacious defender, but not a very smart player. Ironic, considering his name. Would be hilarious if no team wanted him and the Celtics have to trade one of Crowder or Bradley instead. In fact, they should be looking to trade Crowder eventually considering they have about a bajillion small forwards. They'd easily get picks for him which they could package for any stars that hit the trade market.
Can't afford him and he's a horrific shooter. Let's not. He's Rubio without the elite passing, would be funny to see if some of the same guys who dis Rubio are in favor of Smart lol.
LOL We have our top 8 man rotation and have used our MLE. It's a tough sell right now to convince players to come here and be the 9th or 10th man off the bench for the minimum. Have to wait it out.
