Definitely on my mind, but a glaring oversight on my part. Totally agree with this. While I did not always appreciate the Rockets offense in its form or flow, it was significantly better than the previous season and better than our defense as a whole.

I don't think anybody truly thought that, regardless of what they say now.

I bet he does. He has to run around like a headless chickento make Harden happy. And that's Ariza he has to get rid off. Probably trade him for clevelands Ashton Kutcher forgot his name

If anyone beats the Warriors, there were probably a lot of lucky breaks such as the Cavs coming back 1-3 and winning with the Warriors missing their starting C, Draymond out for a game, Iggy being hobbled and Harrison Barnes being a complete no show. You of course still have to play out of your mind on both ends though.

When a team catches a break and beats the better team, it hardly repeats in the next round especially in the Finals. Cavs may have had a lesser record, but i don't see the Spurs or Rockets beating them in the Finals this year if they made it. Spurs could probably push it to 7. Rockets would probably get swept or catch fire and win 1 game. Cavs were what? 4 games worse than the Rockets? That's with LeBron missing 8 games and Kyrie missing 10 games and Love missing 22 games. They lost all 8 that Lebron didn't play. These Cavs were not a 51 win team. Healthy and no resting, they are easily 60-65 wins.

All this is pointless if James quits on us every year in the playoffs. The Rockets aren't going anywhere if their superstar only competes when he wants too. Morey should just not saying anything

Moreyball never worked, and no other gimmicks will get the job done either. DM should keep quiet, and try to get better all round role players. No star is coming here, soon. We will have to overachieve, and especially Harden in the playoffs.

    Or Sergio Llull?

Sorry to bring up the name, but hell, since this could be anything. Or nothing at all, for that matter.

    "What?"

"I tried to fart, a little s**t came out, I sh**ted, we have to go."

Up the risk profile. Something up our sleeve.

Interesting comments from Morey. No clue what they do in the offseason but it sounds like they are willing to take more chances. Perhaps with the draft, free agents or overseas players.

My guess is he said something similar last year. That we would look to improve around James.

The same lot of you probably came in here and laughed. Who would join this train wreck!?!??!? We will be lucky to make the playoffs!!

Then last year happened. We outperformed even the most optimistic expectations.

Sounds like Tubby knows what he's talking about and the keyboard warriors who know it all are still out here pecking away looking foolish.
