I am going to take a wild guess here that the project to turn Marc Gasol into Kevin Durant did not work out.

I want to beat the Spurs so bad in the next series I can taste it. Then I want GS even worse.

Reporters ask some of the stupidest questions, but am I the only one who finds Pop's schtick so annoying now? Used to be funny, but he's really just an *******...

great game and ridiculously efficient by Kawhi, but someone said this before and I still agree with this sentiment: Kawhi has by far the lowest standard for a superstar ever. Largely aided by the Spurs system. Dude will drop 30 and 5 and then the crazies start saying he's better than KD, and even Bron. Smh

nope, you aren't the only one.

answering the questions requires a lot less effort too.

Fizdale just earned some respect from me by standing up for his guys in the post-game conference.

Basically said Zach Randolph is the most physical player in the game - got 0 free throws. Grizz had more attempts in the paint all game yet shot way less FTs than the Spurs. Kawhi had more fts than their whole team. Spurs/Pop get respect and he/Grizz don't because he's a rookie, but he wasn't going to get "rooked." Then he ended it with a classic quote "TAKE THAT FOR DATA." Really stood up for his guys getting mauled all game/playing more physical but not getting calls because they're classy or not part of the NBA "elite."

10 straight post season wins for the spurs over the grizzlies. Without looking it up, I'm sure that's a record or close to it

Look, I said it before, the refs will make it more even in game 3, get the heat off of their back and then in game four they will be back to favoring the spurs.

The NBA/ WWE wants this to be 4-1 series. The truth is every game the grizzlies win in the playoffs is a miracle because of the bias against them.

I'm so glad someone finally has called the officiating out without tip toeing around it trying to avoid a fine.

I wonder how many fans around the league this guy just made among the 27 or so teams who feel exactly the same way.

Well, last season doesn't really count, because it wasn't really the Grizzlies. Both Conley and Gasol were injured before the playoffs and out for the season. Neither played a game last year.

The AT&T Center "home court advantage" is absolutely a thing. I'm glad Fizdale is calling it out. It might help us down the road...
