Agreed but at the end of the day it's the same problem every team has and we're realistically one of the 3 teams in us, SA and the Cavs that can honestly say we're close.
No, it hasn't been going on for awhile. This is just more spin/alternative facts coming from a poster who has been exposed time and time again on this very BBS. Please post some links to reliable sources that prove this. I know that Harden is allowed to have input on personnel decisions but you seem to act like he's the guy making the final decisions. Morey and Les are the guys who make those decisions, MDA and to a lesser degree Harden would also have input but they do not call the final shots.
If Harden approves everything then he should be up for GM of the year as well. That's some serious GM'ing right there. We were looking like we'd claw our way into the playoffs instead Harden talks to Ryno/Gordon and approves their signing, approves MDA and dumps his own friend Beasley for the good of the team and then Nene as the cherry on top. We go from expecting 40 wins to expecting 60. Boom. This man is a legend.
Les and Harden have final sign-off. If either of them Durant want a proposed trade, then it won't happen. Rockets are treating Harden like an owner and they've admitted it. They consider him to be very knowledgeable on players and they are working with him closely on every roster decision. Im not going to dig up all the interviews where they've expressed this and spoon feed them to you like you're a toddler. Do your own research.
Spot up / outside shooters in playoffs are generally easier prey for defenses to neutralize. Play up on them and theyre less potent. Remember the dreaded Luther Head ineptness? T-Mac and Ryan Bowen stopping Dirk? Though in the modern NBA where EVERYONE on the floor outside shoots, maybe it wont be as as much stopping shooters. Its generally the "designated gunner" that gets clamped down, not a whole team full.
If we replace Ryan Anderson with Millsap, I really think we can beat Warriors in 7 games with our current line up. This dude is really clutch on both end of floor this afternoon.
Plus, he coaxed the refs into fouling out Lebron (of all ppl) in OT. Not many can do that. That takes a lot of skilz to pull off faking that Lebron pushed you in the back on a rebound like he did...in OT to foul out Lebron!!!
Has anyone noticed bbhollic slips in players names in the middle of sentences? He does it with Rubio in the dish. Very odd behavior
I think Milsap would be the perfect 4 to FINALLY get us over the hump of winning 60 games in the regular season. Then, disappear completely when Draymond Green shuts him and down and we flame out 4-1 in the WCF.
Harden better be on the phone with Millsap and Hayward. Need to ship out Ryno and have Harden restructure to fit them all. If stars aren't willing to take pay cuts then let's just get used to Cleveland vs Warriors for the next decade.
