What do you think? Best Rebounding year EVER for 6'1" or smaller players qualifying for Rebound Leaderboard

Most big years were very high minutes over 50 years ago

#1 Rebounds Per 36 minutes Ever

#4 Rebounds Per Game last 50 years (6'2 or shorter to include Jerry West)

    #9 Rebounds Per Game Ever

Not sure if its because of good rebounding by him, or lack of rebounds by the bigs, probably combination of both.

if he had the offense to go along with the defense, he'd probably be a Russell Westbrook v2.

Heart and soul of this team!. That rebound he took over the 3 floppers wrapped him up in one play. Heart, grit and never die attitude.

I bet Harden + Bev is best rebounding year EVER for guard tandem.

He's a very reliable spot up shooter from the arc. He's also become the Alex Smith of playmaking. Nothing flashy and often makes the right decision. Also his floater game is just like Skip's except I'm shocked when he misses instead of when it goes in.

He is a pure rebounder for that size no matter how you try to explain it away.

Only Rondo and Paul have had similar season in THE LAST 45 YEARS

I think part of it would be more longer rebounds because of todays bombs away offenses.

That's all grit, heart and just plain wanting it more than the other team.

The Clippers had a mouse in the house tonight for sure, and the mouse stole all their cheese.

The ultimate hustle stat for the ultimate hustle player. If the whole team had his heart we'd be champions. But instead we have to hope and pray our shots are falling to have a chance smh

I don't see how he's #1 ever in the graphs you provided there, but yeah he's the most amazing hustling guard aside from Maxwell. Definitely the toughest alongside Maxwell, OT, Scola, Battier and some others.

Interesting stats. Rondo averaged 6.6 (per 36) in 14/15 btw.

Yeah this list looks dodgy, Bev is great but he's no Avery Bradley.

Bev is an amazing rebounder for his size and position, but he's not even the best rebounding PG this season let alone for however many past years.

I love Bev as much as the next guy, but I've begun to hate ESPN-esque stat manipulating to accentuate the supposed achievements of a player. Bev is amazing but to leave out Avery Bradley makes the whole hype machine so hollow and ineffectual.

And also there is Russell Westbrook who is just an absolute beast at rebounding, and at 6'3 isn't really that far-fetched to be taken into the conversation either.
