Beverley had 110 DRTG last season. I bet there is a reason why numbers are well above average, but I doubt that's because he is a bad defender. Another poster by Malcolm yesterday
I'll trust your opinion, since I'm not really following the guy much. Those DRTGs could indeed be affected by different lineups, if Brogdon plays more minutes with weak defenders alongside him.
All the above are right. His team have been playing awful defence lately Giannis has been carrying the D but also Brogdon is not an awful defender. But a pg can't carry the D of a team. He's above average in D. So far not shutting down guys or anything but doing a solid job switching ,staying with his man, rotating. Only when guarding someone very fast like Shroeder he couldn't keep up with him, but who can? In general a very solid job defensively but it's not like he will be first team all defence either.
I wonder how they're going to handle this situation...Parker will still call big money, Bledsoe will ask for big money in 18 months, Middleton can and will opt out next year and he's going to get paid too...i don't see how the Bucks will be able to sort of max five players, especially Brogdon if he's going to be a bench player for them, and i think a lot of teams are going to offer him a starting spot and big money. Obviously a pipe dream but i would love to have him here, i really love this guy. What do you think @malakas ?
who knows. So far none of them deserve a max contract. Especially Middleton has been completely trash. It's very possible that if there is success with the Bledsoe trade, they will look to trade most of these players than pay them. I don't think that Brodgon should be a starter in any other team except maybe the Sixers and the Rockets (if it weren't ofc for Paul).
