I can't shake this nervous feeling about the way this all plays out. Tennessee is on a roll, which makes me nervous. I sure hope we didn't wait too late to make the switch.
It all makes sense.... his dumbed down view of a what a QB does, matches his dumbed down, simple, boring, predictable playcalling
hes really banged up, i would not mind if they held him out against CIN. We can lose and still make the playoffs by beating TEN. We could also win this game and then lose to TEN because Miller isn't able to go. I don't see TEN losing to JAX.
I agree, the final game of the season is likely to be the most important so you want him 100%.....also you have several other RB's that can take over for him. I'm optimistic about the Texans chances, Simon coming back should help things out considerably.
Folks saying that this game doesn't matter seem to not understand that the Texans have a chance of getting the 3 seed. Keep on winning
I saw Scott (President of HEB) at our HEB this morning. I wanted to ask him if they are making a Savage commercial yet, but didn't want to interrupt the conversation he was having with the Produce and Bakery people.
I have a friend who's a store director for HEB. She's told me he's an incredibly nice person. He's not much different than what you see in the commercials. And now back to our regularly scheduled programming... I think you go for the win regardless of the outcome in the afternoon. Playing not to lose always ends badly. Go out and beat Cincy in the final home game of the season in front of your fans. Give Savage your best players available. There's still a very slim outside chance at the 3 seed and the ability to avoid New England for as long as possible. If Miller isn't 100%, it's fine to sit him as I think Blue, et al, will be just fine. Cincy's run defense has been terrible of late.
