C'mon man 15 point lead vs the Suns not Spurs with 2 min left. Watson emptied the bench I just thought so should MDA. That's just me tho.
He took Harden out and Gordon out. You don't want the low minute subs hurt those two certainly. I can understand leaving ariza and bev just to make sure and not to have a bad momentum carrying into the next game.
Is it just me or does our schedule seem more difficult than most? We played the Wolves on a B2B after they had 3-4 days rest. We go to Denver in altitude after playing GSW who are a top 2 side in the league. Add to that the number of road games we had in the first 10 or so games. And that's why I love how we've played along with the results even more!
Seriously WTF happened to KJ, he looked promising in the pre season and early in the season, he was making highlight blocks and dunks and all of a sudden he looks like Brewer's little brother out on the court... it's maddening, has so much potential but cant seem to put it together for some reason.
BBholic would say its because the Rockets and the rest of the teams he's played for are intentionally trying to reduce his value.
Humm. only on page 23. Musta won the game. Nice TO total Harden at 35 minutes. Nice shooting on the road after last night's debacle against the Spurs.
Bev led the team in rebounding again lol. Pat is having his best season IMO, his passing, rebounding, energy defense all look great. Really missed Capela's length on the pnr. Harrell did well but on offense and defense we miss Capela. Gordon geez what else needs to be said.
Great 4th quarter! Really hated the effort for the majority of the game. Harden had a great 4th but was terrible on defense and was rather lazy on offense the first 3 quarters. I loved the adjustment MDA made for a little in the 4th having Harden come off the ball. We really need some big help. Giving up way to many offensive rebounds and have no interior defense now. Suns fans really suck.
Some players need confidence displayed in them, in order to perform. It appears KJ is one of those players. A little similar to the way that Dekker gets extended minutes, and he plays better and better. (Dekker is much better than KJ just FYI) KJ knows he doesn't have the coaches confidence with him on the court - which can put undue pressure on some players. You wish it wasn't like this - but unfortunately it is for some players. That's why he played much better in Philly with less expectations and less pressure exerted on him by the coaching staff. He'll unfortunately forever be 'useless' to the Houston Rockets in this capacity.
