i am not a Titans fan at all and I was certainly hoping they would lose, but there is no way I'd guarantee a loss or win in any particular game. Just say it...you were wrong to guarantee the Titans would lose to the Chiefs. C'mon, you can do it. Just admit you were wrong in saying that all the Texans had to win 2 and they were in because, at the time, it was not true. C'mon, do it. We're all waiting. There are no ifs, ands or buts. No wiggle room. You were wrong. Just admit it.

well i'm guaranteeing right here, right now that the Titans will obliterate the jaguars back to August 1995. It's not even going to be close.

Yes, and Texans have struggled on the road.

Winning @Indy again was nice and Texans should be confident going to TEN after already beating them.

Don't know much about schemes, but it seems like a lot of Savage's yards came against prevent

Either way he still had to make the throws. Brock would sail throws over receivers heads in prevent defense (San Diego game)

They weren't playing prevent for 2.5 quarters...

I know just a little bit, enough to understand the games. What I saw was the Jags playing press-man corners and keeping the front 7 close to the line. Pretty much stuffing the run, keeping the pressure on Brock and daring him to beat man coverage, which is something good QBs can do. That's disrespect. That's them saying, we don't think you can beat us and guess what...

When Savage came in and he was able to push the ball, they started playing off-man because he was picking them apart. They started pulling the LBers back a bit and playing them in coverages instead of blitzes because he was eating their blitzes up. I didn't really notice them going to 2 deep safeties or zones but they kept 1 back and pulled the corners off the press. It was enough to get the RBs more room to operate and he just kept dealing in the intermediate passing game...so...think about that. The backup came in and put them on their heels.

They did throw a zone/dog at him that tricked him. The DL dropped instead of rushed and he threw it right at him. But there's a reason DLmen don't come away with picks often... That's another think-about-that kind of moment. Brock had 14 god awful reads and 10 just baffling passes, 2 picks. Savage had 1 bad read and it resulted incomplete. Their level of play just wasn't comparable. Savage is clearly, CLEARLY the better QB.

It's CLEAR that he grasps this system better, passing and directing the run game. It's CLEAR that his accuracy is better. It's CLEAR the team was juiced about him playing.

What controversy lol....it's over. Savage won.

We won the game and all that matters is getting into the playoffs.

LaCaforna's sources say Bill O'Brien has actually been handling the defense this year.

but I was told that our defense was to blame for why we couldn't win with Osweiler starting.

Any quarterback improvement is going to upgrade our defense.

Although owning your mistakes is important, it seems BOB is always apologizing for making a bad call - the 4th and 1 fade yesterday, forgetting the clock and not taking knees at the end of a game a few weeks ago, not challenging the first bad spot on 3rd down in Mexico City. Stop apologizing for mistakes just quit making them.

All is forgiven if he gets us in playoffs with Savage.

Going in to next year it will be interesting to see what they do if Savage plays well.

Yeah, doesn't his contract end this season? I'm still upset about them putting him on IR last season.....we could have found out what we had with him then....when we had no QB.
