Trump is already saying that he won't accept the result if it doesn't look right to him this very morning. Who knows what he's going to do, but that leave it completely open. And what he's doing in NV is trying to leave that option open. He might think that there were person in line after closing hour and want to reserve the chance to challenge that if it comes down to a few thousand vote there. Hopefully it doesn't and this is mute. As for fact - this is it here: Clark County issued a statement in response to the Trump suit: “The petition from the Trump campaign is a request to have us preserve the records from early voting. This is required by state law, and so it is something we are already doing.” Of course, if it does come down to that, imagine Trump winning a challenge because people vote didn't count due to how long a place stay open. That won't sit pretty with many people.

The fact is Trump's claim is against people who still got to vote even after showing up when the time ended. The claim specifically states he was not concerned about those who were in line after closing, contrary to your nonsensical belief.
