If someone does not pay tax as we are speculating for the Trump case, then how do we support the army to protect our country? We just let poor people to pay tax to do this thing, but they do not have money to do so. What is a point for not paying tax from rich people.
The Trumpanzees like to call him a blue collar billionaire but he's really just the deadbeat billionaire.
He said the judge was "Mexican", not Latino or Hispanic. There is nothing racist about calling someone "Mexican". Though it may be pejorative in the same sense of calling someone "Irish", "German", "Korean", etc. However, in Trump's use of the term, it was meant to convey the ancestral origins of the judge. This is important because the judge's ancestral origins may have contributed to some level of cultural sympathy for Mexico - a country that has been a target of Trump's economic policy. "Ms. Housekeeping" is not racist either. It is a misnomer and was popularly misused by Ozzy Osbourne's daughter as some bizarre comeback against Trump's tough stance on Mexico. Oddly enough, Rosie Perez, who was present during Osbourne's stunt, was forced to apologize for her reaction to Osbourne's spiel. In that case, we can definitely say it was the liberal media. I can't deny that Trump early in his career, for whatever reasons, practiced racial discrimination. That is bad. Since then, he has made amends and there have been no such reoccurring instances of that kind of practice. I just wish Hillary Clinton had learned that type of humility after the "cp time" joke 6 months ago.
Once he is elected, there is absolutely no way to get him to release his taxes. And, if he somehow did and there was concern about potential for corruption that came out of that, the only available remedy is impeachment. This doesn't sound like a good plan.
It's not calling him a Mexican that was racist. It was saying that he can't do his job because he's Mexican. Do you really not get it? Even Paul Ryan who endorsed Trump said it was basically the definition of racism. It isn't about a racist term. It's about saying that someone can't do their job because of their ethnicity. It's about calling the woman Ms. Housekeeping because she's a Latina, and implying that Latinas are reduced to the role of housekeeper only. If you don't understand why those things are racist, then you have some real soul-searching to do. Good luck.
This level of mental gymnastics is truly amazing. So basically any judge of any heritage that is a target of Trump's policies shouldn't be judging any of his many cases, which pretty much rules out anyone except a white male judge, how convenient. And equating the laundry list of discriminatory things that Trump has said and done throughout his career to Clinton being on the stage with someone who referenced colored people time is pretty hilariously stupid, but nice try.
Trump felt the judge could not render a fair and impartial decision for his case ("his job") because of his ancestry ("Mexican"). Perhaps the nuance escapes many people. I have heard 3rd and 4th generation Americans refer to themselves as "Mexicans". It is not an uncommon identifier of cultural heritage and ancestry. I doubt whether I won't hear someone refer to themselves in the same manner again. Trump, in his presidential campaign announcing speech, pointed to members of the audience and said that Mexico is not sending people like them. These were not housekeepers. These were not people who work "stereotypical" Latino occupations. These were members of Trump's team - people he counts on to do business on his behalf. Kelly Osbourne and "The View", which made Rosie Perez apologize, think that Latinos are only capable of working such roles. Perez QUIT over having to apologize to Osbourne - which is disgusting considering how racist that comment was, not to mention Osbourne is a foreigner and does not understand our cultural values. That however did not stop presidential candidate Hillary Clinton from going on the show, and she never mentioned that terrible incident - not even once. Disgusting. You could choose to ignore these facts, but undecided voters will take them into consideration for what they are.
If there was corruption, the IRS would catch it. Trump has accountants and lawyers going over his returns. Trump has the full scrutiny of the IRS. There is not going to be illegal activity unless a group or entity comes out and calls BS. Taxes are a red herring when it comes to politics, regardless of what side.
Yes, I got the nuance with judge, and it was prejudiced/racist. Nobody missed what he was saying, that was in his statement. People are free to refer to themselves however they wish, and it doesn't make what Trump said any less racist.
Trump was essentially saying that the judge would feel a greater obligation to a foreign power than he did to job own professional duty to render a fair and impartial trial -- all simply because of his heritage. And, Trump made this argument to the newspaper, not in court to formally request the judge's recusal. Why not? Because someone's ancestry cannot be grounds for such a request. Our judicial system has already been down this road before and built a framework to handle it. You want to reinvent the wheel, and make is square. I said potential for corruption, a forward-looking statement. He may have activity that is perfectly legal now but would present conflicts of interest if he were president. The vetting process for president is now. If he has a conflict, voters should know before they cast a ballot. I doubt his returns have any smoking guns, but if they did you wouldn't want to find out after he gets 4 years of job security, executive immunity, and the power to pardon himself.
Happy for the model that her face was cropped. I'd hate for this photo to haunt her the rest of her life.
Just to be clear, I neither fully believe nor fully deny Trump's non-disclosed NAMBLA shenanigans. His supporters call it "being a job creator", notwithstanding that branding and labeling adds no value or benefit to industry other than his own. It's more like a Ponzi Scheme where if you scratch, claw, and lie your way to the top, you profit off the backs of others and/or the tax paying public.
So you don't think an American born citizen with a Mexican ancestry can deliver a fair and impartial judgment in court? Do you just not trust minority judges in general or the ones Trump has an issue with?
