Smart dude. If people paid me millions of dollars to sit on a bench and shoot a couple 3's, I'd milk the hell out of that.
sure... but I'd hope after 17 years in the league that the dude has more than enough money to live out his life in grand fashion...
This (mostly) makes sense. Terry wants to coach and could easily insert his own philosophy into the locker room. Also explains why he joined Kidd and the Bucks
That and players think they can play forever. MJ retired at 40, but if he could he would play TODAY. Well maybe not really, but at his HOF induction, he intimated he could still hold his own. But, I think Terry should hang em up and get his coaching career going. It's one thing to play for a Rockets team last season that before tip-off you thought would contend. No such illusions about LA or Milwaukee.
