I wouldn't mind seeing Savage get first team reps, but that's not gonna happen. I think the biggest mistake the front office made was putting Savage on IR last season, when we could have gotten a bigger glimpse into what he is capable of.
Savage needs to get some snaps with and against the 1s this preseason. He's been in this offense the longest. They shouldn't just hand this thing over to Brock if Savage clearly out performs him.
BOB doesn't do legitimate QB competitions, we learned that last season. That said, sure Savage understands the system better, but Brock has actually had success in the NFL before so he's the guy you want to go with.
