Yes but less than 3 have a better player than James Harden, and less than 5 have a better coach. We're not just any team. James Harden is one of the best players in the planet. In our worst season with a coaching change, Harden playing no D, Howard playing with his balls, we made the playoffs. That's how good Harden is.
Over under on number of wins....38? I think we are going to suck and more importantly I think less and less people in Houston give a crap about this garbage product Les is putting on the floor. I've been a fan since early 90's and I barely even visit the Rockets forum anymore.
If Harden is healthy for more than 60 games, and Anderson, Gordon too the team will at least win 45 games or more.
Seems a little quick to already be at Step 7 (Acceptance & Hope), but i commend your work and recovery
I think we can make the bottom half of the playoff seedings, with a tiny chance of catching lightning, and a somewhat greater chance of totally flopping.

I'm trying to be positive and the best thing I'm hanging onto is that we have a great offensive group. Couple that with a great offensive coach and we should at least have the fire power to blow teams out. We're still wayyy behind GS and San Antonio and we are definitely not built to win anything in the playoffs but it should be entertaining. With a little chemistry we may even compete for home court.
Yup. We cut our "bad losses" in half last season and we're the 5 seed. Hopefully that changes this year.
I Agree. We can't continue to lose to the teams that we should beat easily based on talent alone. The only factor that allowed those teams to play with and often times beat us was effort.
A 5th or 6th seed won't guarantee anything Top free agents are still not going to claim Houston as their No. 1 target
After last season, I would probably get excited if we can get past the 20 game mark with 13 wins, Harden giving an honest effort on D every night and Capela / Nene being able to hold down the center position while protecting the paint and not getting outrebounded nightly.
