    To be fair, Mike dantoni has had more success recently than jVg. JVg hasn't won a playoff series since 2000.

    True, but it is not just better coaching that the Rockets need, it is a culture change to something very strong as well. JVG or Vogel can deliver that.

    I know man, Wtf. I had to do a double take at the title, just WTF. Lol, if the Rockets put half the effort you do into some of your transcripts from videos/analysis etc. Or hell most of the bigger posters here... There'd be no way in hell anyone would think D'Antoni is a good fit, right???

    If D'Antoni comes in... Lololol, lotto, Woooooooooooo

    Why is everyone so unhappy? People wanted McHale gone, well he's gone. People wanted JBB gone, well he's gone. Popovich isn't going to be walking through the door. JVG has already failed once with the Rockets. Thibs, Brooks, and Joeger didn't care to even interview.

    The Rockets job is not all that desirable at this point. The Rockets will have to settle for what they can get. This is what happens when the owner and a GM who isn't a basketball man think they know basketball, but they really don't. I'm sure all those great free agents will really be excited to play for Pringles.

    I'll keep saying it until everyone admits it. Les is the real problem. He has no f'ing clue how to run an NBA franchise. He's content to field a high scoring team that wins half its regular season games and occasionally makes the playoffs. He doesn't give a damn about winning titles.

    Wouldn't be any different if we got JVG. He's never been a great coach. Just fine. Maybe he's great now, but we don't have any tangible evidence that that's the case.

    Guys, remind me: How many 'Fire Gundy' threads were posted here between 2004-2007?
