If Giannis develops at the rate he's going now, and if/when he develops a consistent jumper... ...he's going to be in the MVP conversation, year in, year out.

How does Jabari fare defensively? I haven't seen that much mass move so explosively since young Lebron.
As soon as this kid was drafted I knew he'd at the very least be a fringe all-star. There's like 10 Antetokounmpo's aswell. Greek Freaks for every team, shall we?
Jabari needs to prove it that he is committed to play defense first to be anointed as their untouchable core man, so far he is too underwhelming at that part of the game, one of the main reason why the Bucks have been so abominable defensively this season, a drastic drop from what they had shown last year. But agreed that Antetokounmpo & Middleton are the main core of that team, especially the Greek Freak, only needs to develop a (bit) more offensively to be a bonafide star & team anchor in this league.
It took Jabari a while but now he has settled down and got his rhythm back. I felt he was hesitant all year because of his injury, but lately, the dude been balling. Parker: 21ppg Middleton: 24 Greek freak doing his thing as well.
Not good but improving slowly. Jabari is fully commited to play defence. He just doesn't know how and what to do. But he has all the tools needed. Quick feet, quick hands, strength, BBiq, high motor and being selfless team player. I'm 100% sure that in 2 years he will be at worst an average defender. Player development takes time and patience. I have seen this coaching staff turn 3 other players from bad defenders to good and one of the worst scrubs to average defender in 12 months.
He's hotta learn to shoot but if he gets that down the sky's the limit. He could be a bonafide top 10 player for the next 8-10 years he's that unique. If he could shoot the 3 better he could be a 23-25 ppg scorer to go along with his 9 rebounds and 6-7 assists. That's big time. Not to mention the dude gets almost 2stls and blks a game. As is Hes a fantastic player and top 25 guy imo even if his shot doesn't improve. Guys that can get 15-18 ppg with 9 reb and 7 assists are rare and he's an excelent defender and team would take him.
yes he plays point guard in offence but in defence he is guarding sfs or pfs or some Cs. It's Bayless , Middleton, GA, JP and Monroe. He could have two more TDs these last two weeks but because they were blowouts (one win and one loss) Kidd pulled him out before he could get one rebound vs Minny and one assist vs Toronto. But it doesnt' matter. If he continues as point forward he will break the TD record for under 22 in one season from Lebron. The important is how much better he makes his teammates. Because he gets double and triple teamed many of the other starters now get unguarded shots, especially Parker. Just got to get rid now for sure of MCW. They can't EVER again play together.

If you get his jersey with the Buck on the front, you can easily convince people in a few hundred years that it was from an Egyptian pharaoh with that name. The image is just a hieroglyphic. Those stats are amazing and Bucks have a great future ahead with Giannis, Parker and Henson.
