I guess Harden meant shooting guard. Morey misunderstood him and got a PG instead.

I'm sorry but who else do you see moving off the ball? Ariza parks I. The corner Dwight still tries to post with 5 seconds left on the shot clock, jones is just in the way.... NOBODY ELSE moves why? We have no plays we run to get ball movement! And the little plays we do have are basic and don't have any counters. That's practice. That's coaching. and it's been lacking since adlemen

Harren says he wants help at guard, but he still dominates the ball and we're in the same position .Every PG that played with Harren is regulated to the corner. If im a PG I wouldn't want to play with Harren. We're not going to win with Harren as our primary ball handler because he turns the ball over at a embarrassing rate.

Yea, Harden needs to swallow his pride and learn to not ball dominate with other creators out there.

Look at Westbrook. Probably the most ball dominant player IN THE LEAGUE. Dude just does not give up the ball a lot.

He knows how to though. He can give up the ball and still be effective. He backdoor cuts, runs through screens, sets screens and does it all. That's being a leader: letting somebody else take the reigns and doing anything you can to assist him.

What does Harden do when Lawson or somebody else is creating? You bet your ass he just sits in the corner or at the top of the key and ball watches. Just like on defense. I swear, if the guy doesn't have the ball in his hand he's a zombie out there.

Spot on. Morey brought in the ideal protect the ball and assist the playmakers in Lawson but since Harden can't or won't play off the ball Lawson has been absolutely wasted.

Harden is a SG. He needs to shoot the ball, cut to the basket, run through screens not dribble half the clock and play one on five.

Lawson is a better playmaker and Harden is a better scorer. Both need to play to their strengths.

He needs to learn how to play Defense first and foremost and have discipline going about it.

I get the sentiment and I would agree more if Lawson were performing at a high level with Harden off the court.

Harden is a playmaking wing like Wade or Lebron (not saying he's as good as them). The ideal situation is a PG that is a jack of all trades on offense, master of none. IMO Harden's biggest flaw is his inability to defend. The offense, while ugly, is actually ranked 7th. So, not that bad. Harden just can't be this bad on defense. If he was just average it would improve the overall team defense quite a bit.

Man Bev is a huge liability. Too inconsistent even though he tries hard, its not enough.

He is great as an energy defensive PG off the bench, but we need a starter, and one that is better than Bev at playing off the ball, and playing D, because with Harden our PG ain't getting to handle that ball.

Ray McCallum is worth a look as a stop gap.

why cant cf understand these thigns? ariza and bev have been overused since they got on this team. ariza's not a 35-40mpg player and bev aint a starter.

he's a steal on that contract, all he needs is to have a starting pg to back up. dunno if that will happen though

    Nope.

Aaron Craft is worth a look more than Ray McCallum.
