He can beat his man when Clowney is on the bench too!

    Nice season for him.

This defense turned it around strong after the Miami game...

    Crazy year...

One can only hope Clowney can stay on the field and develop into what we've all been wanting out of that pick. Then things would be scary.

I know you don't pay any attention to the games you watch, but if you did, you'd have seen Clowney being doubled all season long.

Aside from Watt and Whitney, good games by Cushing, Blue, and Grimes.

Thought during the game they showed 7 or 8 teams that had done so since the '80s?

Anyone here still wished the Texans had tanked for a draft pick?

Pretty sure 5 other teams have done so.

Everyone knows Rick smith is a Yes man. He drafts who the coaches tell him to pick. It was like that kubiak- wade Phillips and now with obrien.

Rick has never once taken credit for his draft selections.

Keep making excuses. Can't wait to see what your excuse will be next season. It's the NRG turf, it's coaching, he's being double team, etc etc

Giants beat the Patriots with a similar record in the super bowl

Can we have one day where we are not complaining about Clowney, Hoyer, or Rick Smith? Geez people. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a team win and a playoff season.

Congrats to the Texans for winning the division. True, it is a weak division but going 9-7 after the start they had showed real mettle. As surprising as it was to see the offense stay on track despite all the QB changes; the big difference was the defense coming together after that Horrendous Miami game. I actually think they have a playoff win or two in them.

after 2-5 i wrote them off. number one pick here we come. so glad i was wrong. there's really no dominant team in the afc. if we can get lucky and above average QB play i think the texans can go deep. sucks to lose Brown though.

So the Texans host Denver if the Broncs lose and the Chiefs win? Very interesting

Feel bad for Andre Johnson. What a terrible choice to join the colts. Wish he could have accepted the 2nd fiddle role behind Hopkins.
