No one watch them play no on go to their games. If they wanna quit on us we quit on them. Were not watching or supporting them till they decide to win again or atleast try. No defense no rebounding in late game situations and a mountain of excuses.
Im as fed up as anybody else, but I'm not going to stop watching the the Rockets. I will be more weary about spending money on tickets though, I can't afford to pay for a headache.
I walked out at halftime and watched the second half from a whiskey bar because I needed a much stiffer drink to watch that crap
Meh, I'll watch. Just change your expectations. I love basketball and this team too much to just quit watching.
This. The dude who started the thread about lowering your expectations hit it on the head. If you can come to terms with the fact that we're a borderline playoff team it'll make it less painful to watch.
1. Lower expectations. 2. When you find yourself getting upset about a loss remind yourself that it's silly to do so, considering the players don't care nearly as much as you do and will probably be popping bottles in the club in a few hours.
Son, Wait until some changes are made. When the Rockets make the playoffs, even at a lower seed, you'll regret being a fairweather fan. I remember a year with JVG when we were at 6-11 and looking dead in the water. It took some time, but we got it together. This group has some major issues, too. But, even with that, we're still in playoff contention. We are not the 76ers. If you aren't going to be here for the ride, don't be there when we park. Happy New Year!
