If we're being completely honest. I think most teams would take 12 pts, 3 rbs 3 asts in ~25 mpg for a backup PG. At 2 mil/year that's pretty good value.

I personally like how there are non-rockets fans that post in the dish. It's good to see perspective outside of ur own. I agree that the trolls should be eliminated.

    From a coaching standpoint, possibly.

But with the the Jeremy-Lin hype machine that operates his brand, most expected more. I'm glad he no longer complains about minutes that aren't warranted to him, but it appears as though he has found a temporary role with the Hornets.

His turnovers seem to be better, and that's a good thing. He could learn a lot from Kemba in terms of explosiveness and using the PnR.

Charlotte signed him for 2 mil/year. I'm guessing he's exceeded their expectations. Charlotte fans have been very pleased.

I don't care about lin fans perspective
    Cause they are deceptive
Don't need to be a true detective
    To see as a collective
Spam lin crap is their objective
Letting new members join should be more selective
Rockets fans for life is the main directive

If Lin fans can keep things cordial and can participate in rational basketball discussion, then I see no harm. Same goes with any non-rockets fans that post here.

It's the trolls that need to leave.

Hell, I remember seeing them wishing injury on Kemba so Lin can be the starter.

Be fair. 2 millie a year is very generous for Jeremy.

After having such mediocre talent in the past, Charlotte fans are going to be pleased with plenty of players that other teams would look past.

IMO, their best investment was Big AL. But, he has an injury bug that's worrisome. Spencer Hawes can be versatile, but he's fallen off since his Clips debacle.

Kemba is a GREAT talent. He just needs a decent backcourt partner. I'd actually love to have him in Htown, but he's untouchable, allegedly.

Batum is going to get you decent numbers, but he is greatly overpaid. Spencer Hawes is a decent backup.

They just need some starpower to become a threat again.

Even with the Rockets' struggles, we've seen how they step up against talented teams :Spurs/Clips. They let down against lower-echelon teams.

I'm not sure where the Hornets plan on going. They need a closer, and unless AL gets his body back, Batum and Kemba are iffy at best.

Even on the rockets, lin is not going to outshine dwight, harden or even parsons.

His fans want lin to be the primary atar and hero .

It's not happening. He's a role player and his fans need to stop going on every sports team site and preaching otherwise.

    "Very generous?"

I'm sorry, $2mill for Lin's current production is an excellent bargain and I'd take it in a heartbeat if it didn't come with the excess baggage.
