A solid effort against a good team. This is what he is now and an important part of any good NBA team.
Detroit was on a back to back with no shoot around. Lin played well but it was against a backcourt who had no legs and they only played Drummond like 20 minutes. Lin is an average bench guy. No winning team would put him in their rotation. That was solidified this past off-season
I believe it all depends on how he plays this season and if the Hornets have a good season with a good playoff run. His stock has gotten down since the Rockets shipped him out and his season playing with the laughing stock of a lakers team. I see a guys like Blake, Sessions, hinrich and others still playing into their 30's. Lin at this time is better than any of those type of NBA guards. The extreme lofs has cause all the tinsane asylum inmates extremists to only highlight the bad parts of Lin's game that is shared by most other NBA players. Maybe the elite 10% NBA players like Lebron game have less flaws in their game. Even the Rockets players...we complaint about the skill set for almost ever player on the team....Ariza, Brewer, TJ, Lawson, Terry, BP, all have parts of their game we all hate, but since there were no extreme fans for these players their mistakes in each game is not highlighted as much of Lin by Tinsane and others.
The rockets had a winning record but lin ksucked so bad in the playoffs two years in a row morey dumped him to the lakers
Morey was dumb enough to give Lin a big contract after only 20+ games of Linsanity...now we have Tinsanity who is liken to those crazies extremist that Trump is wanting to keep out.
