I guess I understand what Cushing is trying to say here, but honestly this quote sort of makes it sound like they were okay with losing the first half of the season.
I hear the announcers say Tight End and there was no beyonce at the game so I was not sure what they were referring to? is this a new position on the field? and who is this Griffin kid? http://www.nfl.com/player/ryangriffin/2541316/profile

That is looking like a good decision to draft him. I had doubts. An even better decision was keeping Jonathan Joseph.
O'Brien is a much better coach than Kubiak. I really feel if O'Brien wants to be here, then he will next several years. He's a great motivator and what he's done with this team after the start they had says a lot to me.
That's hilarious. Kubiak's team is 9-2 and just beat the best team in the AFC. This is O'Brien's 2nd season. That's like saying Jay Gruden is much better than Shanahan. He is supposed to be the QB expert and that has been far from the brightest position on his team.
Kubiak inherited a 12-4 team. Kubiak hasn't even coached a AFC Championship game, so its hilarious you compared him to a 2 time super bowl champion head coach in Shanahan. Hoyer has 15 td passes and 5 ints, is 12th in the NFL with a 94.4 qb rating which is better than ben, cam, eli, stafford, ryan. Hoyer may not be a $100 million QB, but he has played very well.
Bob has been 9-7 and 6-5 That's good to see about the players but I hope they weren't wearing lettermen jackets
Kubiak's 12-4 team that he adopted was worse than the 12-4 record as Bill OBrien's 2-14 was much better than the record. BOB got Watt, Hopkins, Joseph, and more players that were playing at a high level before he got here. He has gotten them to play at just above .500. Kubiak took Schaub to the pro bowl. Hoyer is not doing that this year. I'm not saying BOB is worse, but you can't say he is much better in just two years with mediocre records so far. Well Jay Gruden is 5-6 this year and was 4-12 last year. That is worse than Bill OBrien, that is why the analogy works.
A lot of the guys in this team were drafted in the Kubiak era. A little nervous as to what will happen when they become FAs if our drafts don't pan out
I don't think there's any chance BO'B allows shenanigans like that. He knows they haven't done s***, yet, and I think he's relaying that to the players on a daily basis.
