Fat Chuck got injured the first game.

Houston does love their scrubs, especially named Charles.

    So why cut Chuck exactly?

Does his contract hurt us in a trade? Luxury tax?

He played well enough in the time he got, even if Jones is back we could still use him on Howard's back2back games

Chuck was starting center for an above .500 Rockets team that was very fun to watch. Chuck was no superstar, but he was a good player. No reason to insult the man by calling him a scrub. There are many NBA players with "better" stats that were far scrubber than Chuck.

imso, Chuck Hayes is like Top 5 BBall IQ players in the league. The way he sees the floor on defense, one step ahead of the offense, is a thrill to watch,,,coming from a big fan of defense. I love it.

I look forward to watching his coaching career start, as long as he doesn't sign with the Spurs or Jazz.

    GO CHUCK!

I was hoping they would put him on Blake yesterday. I feel like he would have slowed him down some.

35 points with no Chris Paul to give him easier looks. Rockets still have no answer for him with Josh Smith gone. I agree with you.

Like Blake scores 45 if Paul was there.

And the Clips still can't beat us on their home court.

Chris Paul does not make Blake more effective, he makes the role players more effective. Don't disrespect Blake. Maybe McHale is simply saying...make Blake beat us with his midrange game...and release

Chuck always plays hard, but it's time to call it a career.

Not sure how I'm disrespecting him when I say the Rockets have no answer for him and am complaining about how we just cut the best option we have against him.
