The key lies with the running game. IF Foster can stay healthy and IF Blue can be a solid #2, we should see some good wins. O'Briens offense is a complex one. It should open up more as the season unwinds.
You are wrong, again. Don't give a fork if you beat a good team or not, but just because you going to the playoff twice under that circumstances and then you put yourself into a salary cap hell while giving out stupid contracts non stop and failing on drafts again and again, and that's enough to pound your chest and proudly said " it's fine, we are in rebuild mode?" Good for you.
Texans rank 18th over the last ten years of all 32 years. Not the best but certainly nowhere near stone motherless last which is where you would think we were listening to some doom/naysayers. O'Brien is wringing the changes so let's give him a chance shall we?
No, go back and take a look at some of the posts in the Chronic and here. Remember that there was a 6 year gap with no football team in Houston and a lot of fans had no place to go - being Houston football fans, they certainly weren't going to start cheering for the Cowboys. So a goodly number of them followed what became known as the Tennessee Oilers. Now as time passed, these folks did come around to being Texans fans so all is now well in Houston...somewhat.
So many negative posts by the same member. If you don't think they will beat any good teams, why follow them? If you don't think they're making any progress, what's the purpose of watching them play?
Well, two reasons. One, it reflects reality. It might be negative to sat Mallet is nowhere near being a Pro Bowl QB, but it's also true. Also, I want Rick Smith fired. Most people agree he's incompetent, and if we want to be good then we'll have to get rid of him.
