Is Yao Ming’s psychological well-being affected by recent vicissitudes in his personal life? I don’t know. However I remembered reading “Jason Kidd's normally stellar rating had taken an abrupt nosedive. It later came out the All-Star guard had been involved in a domestic altercation with his wife.”

I’m not interested in Yao Ming’s private life, but he is also a public figure.
