Anyone in the FINANCE field - I need a little help

A buddy of mine has been looking for a job for months on end here in Austin with no luck. He has an MBA in Finance as well as lots of relavent work experience in securites trading. He is looking to eventually get his CPA.

Right now he is even happy to talk with people in the field trying to network a little in Texas. I dont think he is opposed to relocation, but would obviously like to stay in Austin.
