To Tim: Lost Rox tix in the mail, don't have car 2 pick tix up @ willcall

PLEASE DON'T BLOCK THIS THREAD. My tix to the game Thursday got lost in the mail. No refund on my shipping. They're making me pick them up at willcall. I have no car. I live 1-1.5 hours away. I've emailed you before but no response, whats the deal with this system? I give what money I do save up to the organization and I get stabbed in the back at the end of it. Is there anything you can do?

Have you actually called and talk to someone at the Rockets?

Call or email the Rockets offices. You'll have better luck than attempting to contact Tim through the board.

I know they've had quite a few problems with their ticketing this year. The Aeros, who are also using their ticketing, had major disasters on their opening night.

My advice is to get to Will Call EARLY Thursday.
