I think the Texans should make a run at him. Here's the link:

Wow.
No way the Texans have a chance. I'm sure the guy wants a ring after all those years in S.D.
I can't really think of any contenders with cap space though. I'm sure Dan Snyder wishes he hadn't gone on that spending spree so quickly now.
Betcha he ends up in Oakland.

I wouldn't doubt that. I'm sure they want to avenge that Super Bowl embarrassment.

Sign him! He's A-list! Sign him now! Just kidding.
There's no way he would come to H-Town. He wants a ring, and he probably wants to stay in California, too. Besides, he doesn't fit into the all-powerful, all-knowing Casserly plan.
I also think he'll end up with the American Association of Raiders Personnel.

If he signs with the Bucs, you can pretty much just mail the new Lombardi trophy to Tampa Bay before the season starts...

That guy IS the Chargers... how can they let him go?

Not anymore.
Wiley, Brees, LT, and Boston are the Chargers now.

Oakland is so cap strapped that they are considering trading Charles Woodson, even after letting James go to Cincy.
Plus they have draft picks to sign (including two "expensive" #1's)
No way they can afford Seau.
That's why I didn't mention them in my original post.

The idiotic restrictive salary cap.

He still has game, but the Texans can't afford him and he's looking for a ring...
It would be awesome to have him hear...
