The Home Owner's association correspondence is hilarious. I am so dreading having to deal with crap like that when I finally do buy a house in a neighborhood somewhere.

The HOA one is the best IMO. I have a very over-bearing HOA here in my neighborhood so I can definitely appreciate that. :)
