Please....Clutch....bring back the search

I can't tell you how inaccessible the BBS is for me without that search option. I don't have the time to sift through every post to keep up with who's saying what. PLease...find a way!!! I'll buy you dinner and beer!!

yeah the server strain can't be that much more then people reposting an ungodly ammount of topics, and then those reposters getting bashed by the repost-haters... rinse. repeat.

Search function. After games is when most of the threads like "Trade [Rockets player] for [Player of the team we just lost to]" or all the other redundant threads are started ;).

After game posts are important.

But look, I think there are a lot of people who are fans of certain posters. I have a few I like to keep up with. I'm not going to read every dang post to find my favorites.I don't have time to read the entire BBS every day. ..I've just stopped posting. That's not fair.

The search should be turned off right before games, then turned on the next day. Come on!

Maybe enhance the chat function by having it hosted by another service if it will allow people easier access to it than mirc.

Like have different chats instead of different threads.

And since most people who talk about firing Rudy or whatnot appear out of the shadows right after losses, they can discuss it in a better suited format for themselves.

That way, it might immediately impact, albeit short term, the overload of pointless threads and maybe allow the search function to be revived, although I never use it.

Fromotex: You have got to be kidding -- tell me you are not really dogging him about this. "That's not fair"? How much have you dropped in the tip jar? Fair? The fact that this site exists at all is not fair.

Although I do agree, post-game threads are usually just weeds you have to sort through to get to the good posts. I actually prefer the search, myself. But I don't think we're in the majority. And I can't see dropping words like "fair" on the discussion.
