No showmanship here!!! USA Ladies Team shows the USA Men just how to play TEAM BASKETBALL and 'WIN'. It would do Rudy T. and every member of the Rockets Team, a lot of good to watch the USA Ladies Games! They are full of 'Stars' but are playing the passing game and winning big time!

How can the women get it and the men can't? It's so easy- pass the ball and whoever's open, shoots it. Wasn't that the original concept of the game?

You don't get on the cover of sports mags by passing the ball.

Still, there is such a thing as PRIDE in sports. These are PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES who get paid big bucks to play a game- the least they can do is have pride in their country and representing basketball and the US in a respectful manner. The sad part is that I don't think the US players are upset that they disappointed thier country; they're more concerned with the fact that THEY as individuals did not play well-again. it's all a matter of individual over team when it concerns United States basketball.

Well what you think and what the US men's team has been quoted as saying seem to be two different things. Every US team player has stated how embarrassed they are with their play in the tournament. If these NBA players didn't have pride in their country they wouldn't have shown up to play in the first place. If you want to knock anyone, knock Shaq, Duncan, Kobe, Iverson, and the players who didn't want to be there.
