Have any of you guys ever had a dental and/or prescription discount card? It's the kind where you pay about $10-$15 a month and you get a discount at the providers on their list. I've thought about getting one of these, but I'm kind of a skeptic about the real value of them. I wanted to ask the experts. Since I don't know any of them, I thought I'd ask you guys. ;)

If anyone has had a positive experience with one, which one was it?

Request a list of their available drugs. There are some pretty key meds that dont have a generic equivalent that should be included on that list.

I went without insurance for 6 months and had a bad run of luck.. I think my total med expenditure exceeded $1000. Thank god UPS was hiring.
