Holy sh!t, that one guy in the movie is an Australian actor from this badass crime movie called, 'Animal Kingdom' and then you got ****ing Tom Hardy in a movie centered around MMA?? Reminds me of this other MMA movie, 'Red Belt'.... Nick Nolte, holy sh!t, you young kats out there need to dig up his filmography and watch a couple of his movies, Forget all that comic book nerd sh!t, this is the kind of emotional story driven movie I like... Remember movies like Rocky, Raging Bull, Godfather, Straight Time, Taxi Driver?? That was an era of movie magic right there...

My Fandango free movie voucher expires this Friday so I'll probably watch this or Contagion, maybe both.

I saw it 2-3 weeks ago when my fiancee won some preview passes. It was actually pretty good, despite knowing how fights would turn out (though it would have been better if they had not spoiled that). Still worth a watch if you like pretty emotional movies and MMA, perhaps even if you don't (like me).

Saw the sneak preview this past Sunday. Amazing movie. The 3 lead actors all deserve oscar noms. Pretty much every scene with Nolte was heartbreaking.

The fight scenes had me on the edge of my seat and the ending was just perfect.

caught a free screening of it at SMG, solid movie, Nick Nolte seems typecast now, but does good as the scratchy voiced character getting over alcohol addiction

Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton were solid in their performances

loved the scenes at Atlantic City, I was giddy about them cause I was literally there 2 months ago, even have a pic with the upside down boats they had laying in the sand :)

Actually Bane is Caribbean not Mexican. Besides not being a hulk, Hardy fits the role.
