Some of those are pretty good IROC. I think I like the last one best, with one minor change:

2000 and 4: A Comets Odyssey
(just to sharpen the similarity to the book/movie of a similar name, besides odyssey means quest or journey. plus, I'm kinda leery of the word dynasty - it's a little overused these days.)

I also liked these:
4 on the Floor (catchy, familiar phrase)
4th Year, 4th Gear (this one is right on and it sounds snappy too)
That Was Them, This is Wow (now, if Them can learn to play like Wow, we'll have a more competitive league)
Four-ocious (I always like word play)
Same Song, 4th Verse (not so snappy but indicative of the Comets domination of the WNBA)

I'd offer some suggestions of my own but I'm not feeling all that clever right now. I'll just ride on your coattails, thank you. Just call me Mr. Pippen.
