[Computer]Window I am in keeps switching focus every few min

I have run my Ad-Aware scans and AVG scans and found nothing, so I think it some sort of other issue. Sometimes when it happens the mouse cursor shows the working icon for a a couple seconds and the focus is switched. What kind of tracking software can I run to figure out what process is running to cause the focus to switch out of the window or program I am in?

And any other suggestions are appreciated. Btw I am running Vista if that matters.

You could try running task manager, sort by CPU usage column, and see if anything pops up to the top or near it the next time you see the "working icon" or when it switches focus.
