Anyone an NBA 2k10 fan?

hey guys, I love the 2k series most of all the franchise mode, wanted to know if there were a lot of players here that used that, sometimes ill barely play the game and just toy around and manage the teams, and also wanted to get some people online to play when it comes out next tues

I play the game occasionally online (well I played 2k9 online)

Usually ran w/ the Rockets (no surprise there) but I played with others like the Spurs, Nuggets, Mavericks, Portland, etc.

Probably will do the same with 2k10

If me and my friend were playing as high rated teams, I'd play with the Rockets, Blazers, or Pistons.

I didn't have the internet midway thru the season so the Rockets had Yao still. Also I seemed to be great with Stuckey/Iverson/Prince/Maxiell/Wallace.

Forgot to mention that if we were playing with lower rated teams, I played with the Grizzlies (Marc Gasol seemed almost as good as Yao to me) and got hot with OJ Mayo and defended with Gay. The Bulls were fun too.

I prefer to defend with the bigger players. Like the PFs and Cs. (sometimes larger SFs)

The Suns were unstoppable in 2K9. Amare was a force around the rim - he literally couldn't be stopped when attacking the basket.

I'd say more than 75% of the people I played online in 2k9 ran with the Lakers.

I usually run with the Rockets, but I like the Pacers as well (EVERYONE on that team can shoot it.).

I got tired of playing 1 on 1 games and solely play ranked team up online anymore. I've gotten pretty good at it and have an excellent winning percentage (but then again I only play if my teammates rankings are C or higher, F's are awful). I've played the 2k10 demo and I'm liking it so far..no more turbo spammers, kickballs, and more realistic defense. Good stuff.

Actually, 75% of people used the Cavs, not the Lakers.

I am a big 2K series fan! I have been playing it since NBA 2K back on the Dreamcast when it had A.I. on the cover. I think it was back in like 1999.
I still have my dreamcast, need to pull it out of the closet and boot up some nba 2k :D

I love the 2k over live... I used to love live but 2k has over takin it by far... I am actually pretty good at it, I have an 87 win % online
