How long does it take to become a Contributing Member

The problem, Glen, lies in the fact that you weren't a member in 1999.

You were draining 3's when you should of been posting on the boards.

You have to deal with all types of personalities on this board. They are those that are humble while there are those posters that are bunch of dicks. I think the answer you would expect is to just wait your turn and be patient. Clutch is a busy person but I'm sure you will eventually get to contributing member status, just not as soon as you think sometimes.

I mean... it's just funny to see how people cannot find a simple thread stickied at the top that says "FAQ for BBS rookies" which has everything you need to know about this board. It's pretty simple.... I just took something from that thread.... and posted it in here... and I believe it to be a fact.

Probably just busy. If you enjoy posting and reading the boards like I do then you should have no problem giving a bit of money. I donated 6 months ago and as you can see am still a member and I don't really care because I enjoy the board and its a way of thanking Clutch for creating it. When I can I will donate more.

i will contribute when i get another job( got laid off) and wouldnt care how long it took to be classified a contributing member..i love this website and ther isnt anything like it in the nba...clutch rulz!!!.....so enjoy it and clutch will promote you!!

Well that part is kind of misleading... it's not meant to say Rookies as in the Rookie rank... it's meant for people who are new to the boards... or don't know much about BBS... but still... it's stickied at the top for a reason.... I don't know, but that's the first thing I would do if I had questions... usually sticky topics on forums are either filled with important information or big news....
