Guess who I am going to see tomorrow morning?

The Jazzhole at work!!

Should I meet him first thing? Or let him simmer before I come by with a cup of sour coffee?

Sometimes, life has those special moments, those special times, when you say to yourself that life can be beautiful.

Give him everything you got!!!!

Take that Utah! That's what you get for thinking the title was wrapped up!

Importance of the regular season? One win more in the regular season and Utah is in the West Finals.

Take that Sloan.

Take that Greg Foster.

Take that Stockton.

Take that Horny.

And most of all..... take that you choking sack Karl Malone.

It NEVER fails. The man always comes up small in the big games.

"HAW HAW!"

Now we can all sleep sound at night, knowing that the cheaters are out, once and for all.

Any thoughts on their chances next year?

Goes to show that players like Dream, MJ, Magic, Bird, and before them Baylor and West come around only once in a generation.

Yeah, you can average 30 points in the playoffs. But what do you do when the chips are really down? Do you take it to even a higher level? Or do you do a Karla?

Man, sometimes life can be so BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

YES YES YES YES !!!!

Karl Malone, no rings
Stockton nO rings
Horny, Sloan, and Ostertag NO RINGS
TIme for Karl and John to Hang it up, every year they pick you first to win it all, and you finsih with the best record in the league...well word of advice:

The regular season doesn't mean a mother freakin' thing

Patience is Rewarded, and I've been rewarded cuz every freaking year I wait for them to lose in the finals after tearing it up in the reg season...and hear all the media kiss their asses, and they always FAIL..

Not this year Utah, maybe malone will blame stockton do a 360 and move to Yukon Territory to elbow some eskimos and fish for a championship ring...

Utah has the media behind them, they have the refs on their payroll, they brainwash their fans, their media is a bunch of shaggy lookin morons....Too bad they have a dirty coach, a dirty team, and a knack for sucking when it counts the most...hasta la vista utah,

t-1 until the next karl malone stupid comment

Thank God the Jazz lost.

It doesn't make up for the Rockets disappointing playoff performance, but at least I know Malone's chances of getting a ring are getting less and less every year.

There is no way the Jazz come back again.

Do you know how hard it is to go 82 games and then possibly play 26 more games having to win 15 of them just to get a title? Do you see how hard it even is to make it to the WCF or ECF?

The Jazz had 2 final appearances and have been blocked by either the Rockets or the Bulls for the last 9 or so years. When opportunity knocks, you definitely better answer.

They are definitely DONE!

WOOOOHOOOO!

As a fan of SirCharles, I really feel for him, since the sun also seems to be setting on his chances of winning a championship. But I'm also a Rockets Fan, and it's good to know that even if there are no more championships to be won by Houston for a few years, we did come out as winners on both of our consecutive trips to the Finals.

That's much more than the Utah Jazz can ever claim.

just desserts... goes to show that monday nitro just plain doesn't have any place in the league. go on, mailman... jam yourself in those spandex pj bottoms, get yourself a fake bake, and then come off the top rope with your razor elbows... that's the only title you're capable of winning...

8 pts on 3 0f 19 shooting. And they want to give this guy the MVP award? Look at what he did against Portland and what Duncan did against LA. Seems to me that Timmy is a bit more valuable than Karla 'Flop' Malone.

The only thing that would have perfected this evening would be seeing tears falling off that pasty white gangster Stockton's face. Oh, well, he's been there, has made an attempt to do that, has lost ALL hope of winding up with a ring. . .

that's enough for me. . . .

Wondering if the NBA could take back the MVP after last night's debacle?

I wouldn't be surprised if Jazzholes talk trade since THEY ARE THE ONES TAKING AN EARLY VACATION. Heeheehehe.

That and I'll pocket $100 from the lone Jazzhole at work who thought they would win last night....thanks Karla!

Almu....

He didn't have a good game. Couldn't get anything he shot to go in. Oh well. Things like this happen. Can't take anything away from Portland - they had all the answers last night. Brian Grant was amazing against Karl; the entire team seemed to want the game more than Utah. Going after loose balls like they were million dollar bills.... Portland played better than Utah. They deserved to win the game. They played better than Utah all series. They deserved to win the series.

You know what....I still love Karl. He's still my MVP, has been for 14 long, long seasons. And he's the NBA's, too....getting the second trophy next week.

I'm not going to get all upset right now....I already did that and I'm sure I'll do it again in not too long. Is it the way I wanted to see his season end? Of course not, but that's the way it did. I can't change that; he can't change that; no one can change that. So he won't be the happiest guy all summer long....wait, I can't remember a summer in which he was Mr. Happy. What's that poster Charles had up in his locker while he was in Phoenix...."That which does not kill us makes us stronger." Time to take that to heart now.

Anyhoo....looks like my worst nightmare is coming true - I'm going to support the San Antonio Spurs. They better win....they're the only team left, in the West, that I could stomach going to the Finals. Afterall, if they make it to the next round, I get to go (and just to be annoying, I'll be going for the team out of the East, unless it's the Knicks - I love Spree and Pat, but c'mon, how can I support a team that knocked the Heat out? Can't do it. Won't do it.). Won't be quite as much fun as the Finals the last two seasons, but then again, there's nothing better than seeing MJ lose a game.

Give Portland credit....they knocked off the defending Western Conference Champions in championship fashion.

I admit it, I like Karl Malone. I like the Jazz. I like the Heat. What's the big deal? I'm still giving all my money to the Rockets....

And who would they trade?

Karl?

He's a free agent, ya know.

Shandon Anderson?

Free agent.

Stockton?

Not in this lifetime.

Um....

The Jazzhole did not make it to work today. I wonder why?

Should I call him at home in a Darth Vader voice and make fun of him? I have a feeling that by Tuesday, it won't be as much fun to ridicule him. He won't be as sad.

This is a little ridiculous. You guys are more worked up about this than anything the Rockets have done all year.

I want to root for SA, but I'm having trouble because I don't want Duncan to move ahead of Hakeem as far as being one of the all-time great centers. If he wins a ring this early in his career, he'd be well on his way to surpassing Hakeem in greatness.

Freak,

If "worked up" means joyful that the Jazzholes met their doom, then yes! I for one am pumped. It means I'll actually get to enjoy my summer without hearing, "well, at least we made it to the Finals once again..." and I respond, "Rings: Rockets 2, Jazzholes Double Goose eggs". Now today I hear, "Yur welcum! Well, I hate to admit it, but I was wrong 'bout them Jazz...". No *****?!

It's a happy day for me (...at least for my wallet--*chi-ching!*)! http://bbs.clutchcity.net/ubb/smile.gif

true that blastoff, and Jenna, those lines you typed about Malone and his MVP, it just made me want to vomit...
"You know what....I still love Karl. He's still my MVP, has been for 14 long, long seasons. And he's the NBA's, too....getting the second trophy next week."

Yuck, from a fellow Rocket fan, that made me want to vomit.

He has his dirtiest season of yet, he has a terrible FG% for him (which hovered under 45% for most of the season) less than his expected points per game, Mourning was much more deserving of the MVP, Malone in NO way, deserved that.

Karl Malone; elbow flying, arms flailing, body flopping, sucker-punchin', illegal pickin', illegitimate fatherin', english abusing, dumb comment spewin', self-promiting but undeserving MVP; He got what he deserved, now when will he retire?

James

TheFreak, just to let you know, Duncan is a POWER FORWARD. Dream is a CENTER. There is a difference ya know. DRob is still the Center on that team.

Malone....MVP? Say it ain't so!!!

He didn't do anything spectacular enough to warrant the MVP award this year.

Although I hate the Spurs almost as much as the ****, I would have to give the MVP to Duncan. Without him that team would have been a 7th or 8th seed EASY.
