Quite an incredible piece of sound editing and a fine collaboration between street performers around the globe...

I tell ya... I didn't like the intro much, but aside from that, I think I liked that better than any other rendition I've ever heard. Very cool.

I hadn't seen it before when it was posted and a friend just forwarded it to me today. While I was searching to see if it was posted, I noticed the dupe thread posted and then this thread. It's a shame we have so many lame threads getting so many responses and awesome use of people's talents like this getting relatively little. This is a great use of technology - absolutely awesome!

i thought I recognized that first guy playing at the 3rd street promenade before

thanks for bumping and I absolutely agree. it is amazing listening to the crescendo of each instrument or voice slowly being added in, layer by layer.

heard my boss absolutely jamming this in his office monday evening... he was clapping and singing, it was hilarious.
definitely a cool video.

His name is Roger Ridley and he passed away in 2005.
