In 2003, identical letters supporting Bush's economic policies were sent to the opinions sections of multiple newspapers accross the country.

When Microsoft was being broken up for violating anti-trust laws, similar letters to the editor were sent to various newspapers saying they disagreed with the DOJ's lawsuit.
