Orlando - How much can they get really?

With all the moves Orlando has made, it is obvious that they are shopping the free agent market this off-season. My question is how much money does this team really have to throw around. Can they pick up Hill and Duncan theoretically? Or maybe Hill or Duncan and McGrady?
Anyone have an idea at what they are realistically looking at?

Just thought it would be interesting to discuss. (I hope there are a responses, I was going to post in the Rockets section but decided against it b/c it would be a little too much off-topic)

It was my understanding that Orlando would theoretically have the space to sign both Hill and Duncan if they renounce all their free agents.

Do you think that this is likely to happen? Geez, not a bad set of moves for Orlando. Say they only sign one, then they still have enough for the other... or enough for others, cheaper, yet strong.
It will be exciting to see what Orlando does in the off-season.
Hopefully the Rockets can pull something out of their sleeves (like they always do)!
