Does anyone actually use this. It seems everything is a two star thread.

I only use it on threads I feel strongly about. So it's either ***** or *. Nothing in between.

I think we should activate the JELAFIED system:

I rate this thread 5 L's [ JeLLLLLafied] on the JeLafied system. :o

I think Clutch said that people vote one star of five star or something like that.

I use it....If a LONG thread is four or five stars, there is bound to be good discussion.

In fact, I wish it was enabled in all of the subforums.

I use it quite a bit and they influence what threads I read

Almost every GARM thread is a 2 or 1 star.. There should be stars allowed in the Hangout!

Stars are great in the GARM. The fact that so many this time of year are 1 or 2 stars just shows the system works.

YOu don't really need them in the hangout. Any thread more then 4 pages is probably has some 5 star material -- regardless of the topic. In the D&D it's the opposite. You should avoid the 4 pagers -- as they have degenerated to poo flingin.

I pay attention to the stars, however sometimes I find the 4-5 star threads boring, so it doesn't always apply. Besides right now is a bad time to be in the GARM anyways.. nothing happens between the playoffs and the draft after the Rockets are out.

Btw I rarely vote unless I really really really dislike a thread so I go and give it a 1 star.

Btw, what are you guys doing in the GARM nowadays anyways? This is the time to be in the Hangout! The GARM should be locked until the draft.

the one to two star season started after the season ended. it will continue until after the draft, when we draft someone nobody has ever heard of and will pick when real rumors heat up.

Its easy enough to look at the thread and see if you want to read it or not. Instead people will go into the thread, thread crap on it and also give it bad rating. If you don't like the topic don't read or post on it.

I've used it about 2-3 times in 5 years, only for 5 star ratings. Most threads in the GARM are a thumbs down so why bother?

Nope, but I would definitely use star ratings if they could apply to individual posts. That way I could rate all your posts with zero stars. They really are that bad.
