Television: ESPN2, ESPN Deportes
Radio: 790 AM (English), 850 AM (Espaņol)
Thought I would get this thread started early seeing as the Dynamo have an early game this week. This our debut on MLS Thursday this season and it's against the reincarnation of our former selves: the San Jose Earthquakes. Should be a fun game; the Dynamo are on their first winning streak and a team like San Jose is easily handled, at least in comparison to Chicago. It will be fun to watch the Orange play against former teammate Ryan Cochrane, whom San Jose obtained in the Expansion Draft and Ramiro Corrales, whose rights the Dynamo held this offseason and traded to San Jose. Will you stay up to watch the game?
In other news, I'm not sure if you guys saw this today in the Chronicle (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/5791061.html) , but Dwayne De Rosario and the Dynamo have teamed up with Nothing But Nets (http://www.nothingbutnets.net/) to provide malaria nets to the poor in Africa via ticket sales from the June 12 against New England. $10 from the sale of $20 tickets will be used to purchase one netting for a family. More on that to come, though.
