Goofy but Interesting

There are probably a thousand reasons why they could not go back and play NCAA basketball.

The first thing that comes to my mind is that they have agents. College players aren't even supposed to come into contact with agents, if I'm not mistaken.

But, like the QB for Florida State, Chris Warnke, Kobe or Garnett could go back to college and play another sport. I think. Warnke played in the minor leagues for a couple of years, didn't cut it, and went back to college and played football.

I was just thinking today while watching some college basketball, since Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett never went to college and thus never played college b-ball, could they go back to college, say tomorrow, and play with a cllege team?
Just a goofy thought, but somewhat interesting (not sure how NCAA rules would handle this, maybe they won't allow anyone to play who has played professionally before)
Any thoughts?
