The Xbox 360 Premium system retails for $400 and includes the following:

20GB external hard drive
Wireless controller
Component AV cables (includes ends to hook up to both HDTV and standard TVs)
Xbox Live headset
Ethernet cable
This system is less than 4 months old and in perfect condition and comes with everything it originally came packed with.
Don't play it so it's just collecting dust.
