Can I use Hakeem banner as WebRing Banner?

Is there a way to use the 'Hakeem' banner you have in the "Rockets 2000" BBS, as the Clutch City WebRing banner? If so, please let me know how to.

Well I usually like to keep it consistent so everyone uses the same graphic, but knowing how much you like Hakeem, it's fine by me. The full link to that graphic is:

The only problem is I can't guarantee it will be there say in a few months because I like to change up the graphics, so in this case it may be best to save a copy of that graphic and put it directly on your server.

Odds are it will be there for a long time, just saying just in case.
