How are they taking it too far? There are on-line chats with players all the time, not only could Rocket fans ask him questions about Houston, but there are fans that could ask him about the World Championships as well.

I bet with a minimal of persuasion he would probably visit this very forum(if there were a chat interface here) and chat with the folks here at the GARM.

If that happened, no "Gay" jokes please...aside from it being an incredibly obvious rocket themed joke(seriously, if I see one more weak Head or Gay joke... :rolleyes: ), I'm sure it's in poor taste in this day and age too.

Maybe if people asked intelligent questions and also plugged clutchfans.net, he'd check it out and get an ID. That's my plan.

Battier seems like such a good guy.

And that is a plus for the Rockets. Well, i mean a plus for BB fans in Houston. The Rockets have a number of good guys, but nowadays, sports is so full of guys who idolize themselves.

I think he will be good for the city and the team image.

He may not be GAY..but that's ok with me.
