The Texans will once again hold their official draft party at the stadium.

You can go to www.houstontexans.com to print your pass for the event.

The Texans are also allowing us to tailgate before out in the parking lots I'll be there with a big group by 8am and talking to others on the Texans boards there will be many people out there early.

Hope to see everyone there and bring out the pits lets do it right!

I'll one up you on that one.

I'm gonna be at the draft itself.

The chance to see Reggie drafted #1 for my Texans, plus Vince and Cutler drafted, are too good to pass up.

So i'm guessing you'll be one of the people cheering if the Texans pick Bush. I'm curious to see what the crowd thinks on draft day.

Those New Yorkers usually boo whoever is chosen first but Bush will probably get a lot of applause.

It's going to be too dangerous. VY and Bush fans will start brawling. No thanks. :p

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. I would't be surprised to see a few fights break out on draft day.

Perhaps they'll have a few extra police officers around.

I'll admit that the Bush/VY fan separation had a small part in my decision to stay home.

I'm hoping that the fans will cheer for whoever it is. When they televise the first pick and it happens to be Bush and then a camera changes to the local fans and a bunch of people are booing, I'll be pissed. It's bad enough that after having season tickets for 4 years, I had to deal with drunken idiots that screamed profanities around children, when Carr got the sh!t kicked out of him.

I was really hoping that VY would have returned for his senior year, but understand why he didn't.

I just hope the local fans respond with class. All of these guys are special. You can't have it all.

I'm aware of how it gets at the games. If your telling me that I should accept the people that get so drunk they make idiots of themselves around the families with small children, then keep moving.

I'm a huge fan of the sport. I think people can go too far sometimes.

Anybody who starts a a fight or boos Reggie or Vince when they are drafted is a complete idiot. Whether you support Reggie or VY they are both great players and neither deserves that treatment. I hope our fans have more class then to boo whoever we pick first.

Now we're suspicious because want vince young. the funny thing is all the angry posts come from the bush supporters, jeff blew up friday, ic2000 has had blowups, but I'm suspicious. at least I can make fun of myself for my like for vince young, you bush supporters are the ones who seem to on edge because of this debate as evidenced by your first response to me. I'm trying to bring a little light to the divide with saracasm and you jump on and use it to make fun of me. very ass holeish of you. congrats. you win.

Before you get into a war with me, look back on my comments about the topic. I make 1 harmless sarcastic comment in response to your comment that came out of the sky from no where. I still don't know exactly what you meant. Perhaps it's an inside joke and I missed it.

I wasn't attacking you at all and you have call me a jerk and an a-hole.

How can you possibly even know what the hell I was thinking when I said that I wouldn't doubt you? How do you become offended by such a simple statement?

Before you pull out the 'Jump to Conclusions' game, you might want to ask me if I want to play. I have NEVER made a negative comment about Vince Young. I have my reasons for preferring Bush, but I'm not going to waste my time because you are acting too suspicious.

So what does I don't doubt it mean. I made a sarcastic post about myself acting weird at the draft and you said "I don't doubt it", how was I supposed to interpet it?

btw, the thread have moved on to the topic of the draft being uncomfortable because of the divide on who fans wanted, I thought my sacrasm clearly related to that, but if you couldn't comprehend that, I apologize for assuming you could.

I knew you wasn't serious. I thought it was silly. I gave you my endorsement. You saw that it came from a Bush supporter and assumed I took a pot shot at you. No big deal.

Dude, I am really worried about you. You're the last survivor of the Vince Young True Believer Camp.

I'm afraid that when the Texans dont:

1) Draft Vince
2) Trade down for Vince

you will go postal.

Hope is a good thing but sooner or later you gotta see the light. Vince isn't playing for the Texans next year. Just hope he gets drafted by a cool franchise (read: not Bud's) and that he has a great career.

Don't worry, Reggie will grow on ya.

From the espn draft thread, which resulted in responses such as, "who are talking to"

believe me, this last week the bush supporters have been in full force

No it is in the club level.

Hey trust me just go it's a lot of fun and if you can get there a few hours early there will be hundreds of Texans fans tailgating.
