I am really pumped about the Kubiak hiring (later this week anyway)
the names that are being batted around as his hirings for staff positions are very interesting....
Calhoun, from the Broncos
Shanahan, from the Bucanneers (former UT receiver)
Dennison, from the Broncos (Kubiak's friend, but undercontract with Broncos)
Jim Bates, was in GB, Miami before that, had a great attacking defense in Miami.......
Alex Gibbs, consultant in Atlanta.... if Dennison falls through
looks like a good staff..... people that Kubiak is familiar with and that are familiar with that offensive system....especially that blocking scheme
my only question is Defensive Coordinator.........
I was really kinda hoping we would get Jerry Gray...... something about that guy I think is really special..... we could be missing out on a great talent.... not a "re-tread" like Bates..
